We are sure that you want that production, movie or event to be just perfect. The truth is that things are not always perfect, and things do go wrong, but you can keep it to a minimum. In addition to the highly valuable resources available through the San Diego Film Commission, we can share our personal experiences and offer you additional advice and information for your scenes.

Your first step to filming in San Diego is to visit the film commission. Many locations will require you to have additional permit's, inspections, insurance, and special licenses for your event. Many of the locations that are used for filming in California do not have any utilities or onsite sanitary facilities.
