1948 Chevy Metallic Burgundy with Black

1948 Chevrolet Stylemaster Sedan Delivery. It is stock, and for the most part year appropriate. We don't know if the color scheme is correct for this year. The body is a metallic burgundy with black fenders. The vehicle looks just right for late 1940's and 1950 Americana. It truly looks like a used car of the late 40's and early 50's. Perfect for background, gangster movie pull ups and cutaways.

The original running gear is still in the vehicle. 216 inline six and three on the tree manual transmission. It runs good, but there are no shocks, so it tends to be a little bouncy on dips. This is a driver and it would be a reliable car for filming. The vehicle is in Los Angeles and it is available for shoots in LA. Extra lead time needed if shooting in San Diego and we will require additional transport fees on top of the day rate.
